My sisters and I love playing online multiplayer switch games since we live in different states. However, we need some new recommendations to keep us going. Some of our favorites are Luigi's Mansion 3, Overcooked, Super Mario Party, The Escapists 2, Fall Guys, Moving Out, and Catastronaughts. As you can probably tell, we like light hearted co Haven is a coop story game about a couple stranded on a deserted planet. It's not super steamy or anything but makes a great couple's game. Overcooked is great, can be frustrating at times for less experienced players. Lovers in a dangerous spacetime isn't a romantic game at all but is cute and fun.
So if the Steam Deck will be powerful enough to emulate Switch games, it will be possible that you take your Steam Deck and join a few of your friends that are using real Nintendo Switch consoles and you all play some nice multiplayer of Mario Kart, Smash Bros. or whatever, just like as if you had a real Switch to join them and it will look

If you like multiplayer games and you have a Switch I think it's essential honestly.

You might be interested in trying Stretchers, Good Job!, or the upcoming Moving Out. Look to be similar Overcooked type games. LEGO games are fun casual multiplayer games. Kirby Super Ultra for the DS is a great co-op game. Dragon Quest IX is a GREAT RPG. The multiplayer is alright, too. It's basically running around in an RPG with another person. According to a couple of sites, the Lego LOTR will have the drop-in-drop-out co-op of the previous lego games (which are really fun).

We play Splatoon online with a single copy. One of the profiles must be the one used to purchase the game. Game sharing does not require a family pass or any form of Nintendo Switch online service, but it is required for online play.
