You can unlock what seems to be pretty much every item in the game, but 99% of it won't do anything other than appear in your select weapons list. JFYI that Hitman 1/2/3 are very difficult to "pirate" properly. They're always-online games that need an active server component to unlock game content. Without a server spoofer, Hitman's levels are "unlocked" but there are no Mission Stories, starting locations, weapons stash points etc. It just turns into a giant sandbox with no real objectives.
